A: We have an in-house design staff that will come as close as possible to match your team colors.

Q: What size should the photo I upload be?
A: Your photo should be a jpeg and at least 300dpi.

Q: How do I send you my artwork?
A: Simply select the “BROWSE” button on the order form, and follow the on-screen instructions to send us your file.

Q: When will I receive my Banner?
A: Banners will be delivered 3-7 days after order entry.

Q: How are they shipped?
A: Your banner will be shipped in a portable tube that will allow you to store your banner throughout the season. All banners will be shipped UPS Ground.

Q: Is tax included in the base price?
A: Yes

Q: How much is shipping and handling?
A: The flat fee for shipping and handling is $19.95.

Q: Can I purchase the “mini-banners” without purchasing a large banner?
A: No. You must purchase a large banner in order to purchase the mini-banners.
